Questions about delivery methods, times and costs...
We offer different delivery methods on our Berthold Marx website:
- Colissimo with home delivery - Delivery in 2 to 5 days depending your country.
- Pickup in Reichstett (reserved for professionals to make a pickup)
Your order is prepared in our warehouse, it is then given to the carrier according to the selected delivery method.
Depending on your country, it can take from 2 to 10 days.
For the French Overseas Departments and Territories, the shipping costs start at 29.10€ (34.92€ including VAT).
The delivery time is about 10 to 15 days.
For all over countries, the amount is automatically calculated during step 2 of your order process.
In case of a damaged package, it is imperative to make reservations upon receipt of the package with the delivery driver. We strongly advise you to open the package in front of the driver before accepting the delivery.
Without reservations, we will not be able to replace the missing or defective material.

If you still have not received your package after 7 working days and you have not been notified by email, remember to check the status of your package with the tracking number in your shipping email. If you have chosen the Colissimo carrier, you will be able to find the parcel number in the "My orders" section of the "My account" page.

It is important that a package arrived in poor condition or opened, is the subject of reserve issued to the carrier. Without that, there will be no possible to open a case by our carrier.
It is therefore the responsibility of the recipient to verify the contents and condition of the package, and this in front of the deliveryman.
